Ultra thin led strip light

The thinnest width led strip light can be made in 1mm with 1808 led. Yet, this is not ideal products because it's easy to get quality problem.

So, the thinnest width led strip light is 2mm in width. If you want quality more stable and longer connection than 1meter, it's better to make the led strip in min 3mm.

For rgb led strip light, the thinnest led strip is 5mm rgb led strip light with 3838 or 3535 chip on it. Please never consider to make it thinner because the circuit is easy to be break and get problem.

In single color, the color can be warm white, natural white, cool white, red, blue, green and pink.

dc24v ultra thin led strip is better than dc12v ultra thin led strip.

Because the pcb is narrow, the voltage drop of the ultra thin led strip is also obvious. That's why ultra thin led strip always designed to be dc 24V, but not dc 12V. Anther way to reduce voltage drop is to increase the thickness of the pcb.

Same as other types of led strip, please just cut the ultra thin led strip at the cutting point.

For 3mm or 4mm ultra thin led strip, because it's too narrow, there is no enough rooms for the soldering point on the surface of the led strip, the soldering point is always designed on the back of the pcb. Yet, you can also see a wire on the front side, just cut the led strip there.

Ultra tin led strip is easier to be break compared to normal led strip, so, please pay more attention during installation.

1. Don't pull the led strip hardly during installation

2. Don't bend the led strip at soldering point during installation

3. Be careful of soldering wire to soldering point after cutting

Though we need to be careful during installation, it doesn't mean that the quality of ultra thin led strip is poor. They are still good enough for a 5 years warranty if we use them in the right way.
